Thoroughbred Innovations Presents: Fowl Play – The Great Turkey Giveaway!
Official Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Thoroughbred Innovations is pleased to announce the “Fowl Play: The Great Turkey Giveaway!” This is your chance to win one of ten (10) 12-16lb turkeys for Thanksgiving. Additionally, Thoroughbred Innovations will be donating five (5) 12-16lb turkeys to Kingdom Mission Outreach for domestic missions and the homeless ministry.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees of Thoroughbred Innovations, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
- Only one (1) entry per household is allowed. Multiple entries from the same household will result in disqualification.
3. How to Enter
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form on the Thoroughbred Innovations website by providing their name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on November 14, 2024.
- Any attempt to submit multiple entries from the same household, whether by using different email addresses or other means, will result in disqualification.
4. Selection of Winners
- Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will take place on November 15, 2024, and winners will be notified via email or phone.
- Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prizes
- Each of the ten (10) winners will receive one (1) 12-16lb turkey.
- The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided. Thoroughbred Innovations reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- In addition to the prizes awarded to winners, five (5) 12-16lb turkeys will be donated to Kingdom Mission Outreach domestic missions and homeless ministry.
6. Publicity
- By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to allow Thoroughbred Innovations to use their name, likeness, and any other information for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Disqualification
- Thoroughbred Innovations reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
- Multiple entries from the same household, fraudulent entries, or any attempt to disrupt the giveaway may result in disqualification.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Thoroughbred Innovations is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical errors, or any unauthorized access to or tampering with the entry process.
- By entering, participants agree to release Thoroughbred Innovations, its affiliates, and employees from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance of any prize.
9. General Conditions
- This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Thoroughbred Innovations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway for any reason, including technical difficulties, without prior notice.
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Thoroughbred Innovations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
10. Privacy
- Thoroughbred Innovations will collect personal information from participants solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway. This information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway.
